Terms and Conditions

General statement

EPIC & I offers a wide range of services and trades that are tailored to the individual requirements of customers and projects. In the course of this, we would like to point out that these services are subject to various terms and conditions, depending on the way they are designed. In our offers, we expressly refer to the applicable conditions. Please find below all terms and conditions that may apply when placing an order.

The complete documents can be viewed in the generally accepted PDF format. Appropriate software is required to open these documents, such as the free Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader (Link to the provider's software).

1. General terms of delivery

Our terms of delivery apply to all legal relationships with our customers to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions of the customer, regardless of what they are described. In the event of assembly services provided by the supplier, the supplier's assembly conditions and, in addition, the general delivery conditions apply. A deviation from this can only be made with written confirmation from the supplier.

2. Assembly and commissioning conditions

It is agreed between client and contractor that any other purchasing and/or delivery and/or business and/or assembly conditions, regardless of how these conditions are specified by name, are expressly excluded by the client. Any provisions to the contrary in different terms and conditions shall be considered as agreements between contractor and client.

3. General consulting conditions

It is agreed between the contractor and client that any deviating conditions of the client, as described, do not apply to the client's agreements with the contractor and that only the contractor's general consulting conditions must be applied. Individual agreements between contractor and client can only be made in writing. Verbal agreements between contractor and client are not considered legally binding. An implied deviation from the written form requirement is excluded between the parties. In this respect, the contractor's general terms of office take precedence over the individual agreements made orally.

marketing
These elements are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They can also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the permission of the website operator.
personalization
These elements allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or the region you are in) and provide improved, more personalized features. For example, a website can provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by saving data about your current location.
analytics
These elements help the website operator understand how their website works, how visitors interact with the site and whether there may be technical problems. This type of storage does not usually collect information that identifies a visitor.
