As is well known, the world is a village, no route to the customer is too far for us! We are therefore open to any request. Depending on the distance, we decide together whether the free initial consultation can take place digitally, by telephone or on site. Just get in touch with us, we are always flexible!

Our company itself does not provide services that are billed according to HOAI — which is why we do not do that either. Our services and calculation are always based on real effort. This means that our price does not increase with, for example, the value of the renovation that we are completing, but offers you as a customer a realistic price/performance ratio. However, if this is desired or necessary as part of a project, we can follow the content of the HOAI's work phases.

We prefer to use aluminum profiles from the manufacturer MayTec. In addition to many advantages, in our experience, the system offers the best, simplest connection technology and is flexible to handle even when reworking. Stations that are built by us should be modifiable and modifiable at any time. Thanks to many years of partnership, we also benefit from very good dealer purchasing conditions. But we always respond to our customer's wishes, because a mix of profile systems is rarely a good solution. So if you have already established another standard, we will also work with other systems according to your specifications.

Depending on the project, we decide whether we have the resources and expertise in-house to build machines and plants, or whether we need the support of our external partners. In any case, we will remain your contract partner. We avoid unnecessary interfaces and triangle constellations, but offer a one-stop solution, including all required services. Our focus is always on quality and safety. We assume liability and warranty vis-à-vis customers, which is why we are very careful when choosing the partners with whom we cooperate.

We do not have a fixed definition of service packages. Everything we do is 100% tailored to the needs of our customers. No matter where you are and where your destination is, we will be with you on this journey. However, we generally recommend that you keep an eye on the big picture when it comes to the desired scope of services. Even though we only cover small areas or sub-projects, we are firmly convinced that only a holistic approach brings good results. We therefore look at the entire process in which our project is moving and develop solutions from which the entire company benefits — regardless of how small or large our order package is put together.

Good service is defined by customer proximity and flexibility. We therefore always try to ensure a local service that can respond quickly and agilely to your needs. To this end, we also work with external service partners if we are too far away or need to cover special requirements, such as a 24-hour emergency service. We are also moving with the times and equipping automated systems with remote access so that diagnostics and maintenance can be initiated quickly and securely, even from a distance.

As a general contractor, our core competence lies primarily in managing complex projects with diverse requirements and bringing together the appropriate experts from our network. Of course, we have core areas that we manage ourselves with our team. For many specialized services, however, we have external companies with whom we maintain close cooperation. This includes areas such as construction, PLC programming, occupational safety, CE, electrical, air-conditioning & ventilation technology, metal construction, sensors and much more.
