Our team is bigger than you would expect at first glance. We run EPIC & I with two managing directors and behind them is a small team of employees, but above all, we build on our network of external partners that has grown over many years. For every area of our portfolio, we not only have internal expertise, but also the right experts at our fingertips. Our managing directors, Florian Höhenberger and Benjamin Egyed, each have over 15 years of experience from leading positions in renowned industrial groups. This long-standing expertise has enabled us to build up a trustworthy network of partners and suppliers across various industries. Even in this early phase, the valuable personal relationships that form the basis of our team today were formed. Although EPIC & I is a relatively young company, our core values and networks are the result of years of development and testify to deep industry knowledge and consistency.

We are a small and agile team and focus on strengthening our network instead of traditional job postings. As a young company, we do not have a large company building open to the public. That's why you can't just visit us ad hoc. If we have larger orders in the area of station or plant construction, we process this with our network partners, who also provide us with flexible workshops. In this way, we keep our fixed costs low. The advantage for you as a customer: Your order does not finance our empty costs, but our actual services provided.
