Packing station
Flexible packaging stations
Innovative packaging solution
Our approach for packaging stations is based on flexible adjustment to a wide range of product sizes, optimized for efficient processes and ergonomic work.
Maximum flexibility
Each station adapts to packaging up to twice as large and minimizes employee movement by integrating all necessary devices within easy reach.
Space-efficient design
The design takes into account tight spaces and enables efficient use of space despite manual delivery.

Ergonomic optimization of the packaging station
Ergonomic layout for maximum efficiency
At the packaging station, everything is ergonomically arranged according to the frequency of use, meaning that all boxes are within easy reach of employees. This arrangement ensures an efficient workflow without unnecessary movements.
Technological equipment
The workstations are equipped with two PCs and the associated printers, which are installed in an ergonomic position on each outer edge of the table. The screens function as touch screens and enable intuitive and fast work. The printers are placed on excerpts, which makes it easy to maintain and insert labels.
Integration into the conveyor system
Newly installed stations are connected to production by a conveyor belt system, with the belts running above the stations to relieve footpaths and transport routes on the ground. Devices are fed directly behind the workstations via a material lift, which automatically transports around 80% of the volume. Only devices with special dimensions that are too large for the conveyor belts must be transported manually.
Adjustments for special devices
For larger special devices, the table depth can be doubled to provide a larger work area. However, the touch screens are then no longer accessible. As a backup solution, keyboards with an integrated mouse are installed on swiveling plates below the table top to make operation easier.
Optimizing paper handling
The paper shooter is placed on the ceiling slightly above the station and can be shut down to insert stacks of paper. This arrangement prevents work or transport routes from being blocked and ensures that the crumpled paper is always available within ergonomic reach, thus avoiding idle times.
